Robert
(Bob) D. Beach
President
Bob has been in the bus transportation
business since 1951. He joined his father at Beach Transportation
in 1956, after serving in the US Air Force. He graduated
from the University of Montana in 1954 with a BA in
Secondary Education. As president, he functions as general
manager with overall responsibilities for the well-being
of the company. Bob also drives many of the charter
coach trips personally. |

Greg
D. Beach
Vice President - Financial Affairs and Marketing
Greg began working for our firm in
1979, after graduating from the University of Montana
in Business Finance. In 1984, he received a Masters
in Business Administration from UNLV and subsequently
returned to work in the family business. Greg's areas
of responsibility with the company include financial
planning, budgeting, accounting, and marketing.
Greg has been involved with several
community organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce,
Rotary and Ducks Unlimited. He also served as president
of the Montana School Transportation Association. His
duties as association president included reviewing safety
standards for school buses and working with the Montana
Office of Public Instruction and the legislature on
various matters related to school bus transportation. |

Scott
R. Beach
Vice President - Operations
Scott also joined our firm in 1979.
As vice president in charge of operations, he is responsible
for the maintenance of our bus fleet. He directly oversees
the shop foreman, the shop personnel, the drivers and
aides. Scott's other responsibilities include school
bus routing, keeping track of the numerous state permits
required for intrastate travel and facilities maintenance.
Scott has served as secretary/treasurer and board member
of the Montana Transportation Association. |

Robert
Mitchell
Dispatcher
Bob began working at Beach Transportation
in 1985 as a bus driver. Before becoming the Dispatcher,
Bob was the company Safety Director; before that, he
traveled the country behind the wheel of a "Beachliner."
Bob attended the University of Montana
from 1982 until his employment with Beach Transportation.
As Safety Director, Bob's duties included driver and
passenger safety, driver training, driver evaluation,
drug and alcohol testing, overseeing the ongoing training
program, and all safety related matters at Beach Transportation |

Cindy
Marcum
Special Needs Coordinator
Cindy has been with Beach Transportation
since 1976. In 1998, she became the Special Needs Coordinator.
The duties of this position include designing and implementing
the routes and coordinating special needs drivers and
attendants. She also helps train drivers and attendants
and does driver evaluations. |

Tracie
Stahl
Safety Director/Driver Trainer
As the Safety Director, Tracie’s
responsibilities include supervising driver and passenger
safety, managing driver evaluation, administering Beach
Transportation's drug and alcohol testing program and
training drivers and other personnel. She also maintains
employee records and driver logbooks. Starting as an
attendant in 1996, Tracie soon became a school bus and
motor coach driver.
Tracie volunteers with the Boy Scouts
and loves spending time in the outdoors. She also enjoys
spending time with her daughter and three sons.

Jo
DeMers
Secretary
Jo DeMers has been with Beach Transportation
since 1974. She began as special needs driver and went
on to coordinate bus routes for all the special needs
students as the program grew. Her duties now consist
of handling accounts receivable, checking in drivers
and managing driver travel expenses. Jo also takes field
trip orders and does quotes, in addition to assisting
other administrative personnel. |

Carlin
Cavill
Director of Maintenance
Carlin began working at Beach Transportation
in 1990 as a mechanic after completing four years in
the Coast Guard as a machinist. In 1992, he was promoted
to foreman of the maintenance shop and remained in that
position until 1997 when he left to pursue other interests.
In 1999, he returned to Beach Transportation
in the capacity of Director of Maintenance. He coordinates
the work of and oversees the maintenance foreman, cleaning
personnel, buildings and grounds personnel. Carlin has
extensive mechanical knowledge in many areas. |

Josh
Spaid
Assistant Dispatcher
Josh is a third generation Missoulian
and a 1999 graduate of Loyola Sacred Heart High School.
He came to work for Beach Transportation as a school
bus driver in 2000 while attending the University of
Montana College of Technology. He graduated in 2001
with a degree in Microcomputing Technology. While working
with the company Josh met and later became engaged to
Katie Yonce, who at the time was also driving for the
company. |

Tom
Anderson
Administrative Assistant
Tom joined Beach Transportation as
a school bus driver and assistant in 1997 after teaching
in Kalispell and Missoula. He became the Administrative
Assistant in 2002. He manages the company's computers,
network and phone system, pays its vendors, maintains
its website, creates the company newsletter and marketing
materials and enters maintenance data for the company's
school bus and motorcoach fleets. He received a Bachelor's
Degree in Journalism from the University of Montana
in 1977. |
